The development of this course was sponsored by the Department of Community and Regional Affairs, IRWA and the University of Alaska. The intended audience were ANCSA Corporation and BIA Realty Contractor staff. This course was only presented once by John Bennett in Bethel and later by Charlie Parr, SR/WA in Pt. Barrow. (Utquagvik) The IRWA course 902 essentially covered similar material but this course was to deal more specifically with Alaska examples and issues.
