I didn't have much in the way of large recent projects to present at the 2025 ASPLS Conference so I decided to "Clean Out the Closet" and present two smaller projects. The first, Benka Lake, relates to public access to a navigable lake near Talkeetna. The second, Orth v. Largent, is an RS2477 trail case over old federal mining claims at Ester, near Fairbanks.
As I have done with prior prior presentation projects that have been included in ROWAlaska, I will have another project listing and folder for the individual projects that will include many more files. The page represents a sub-set of files that were used to prepare the ASPLS 2025 presentation.
